i cant play minecraft!

when i start minecraft the meny is like a picture i cant controll anything. my Controls dosen't work in minecraft i can't click on things like minecrafrt realms or multyplayer and singleplayer.
a cant play the game. please help me i relly like minecraft and dont wanna stop becuase a bug apeired. this have lasted for several Days.
i have purched realms for a lot of Money and now i cant play on it becuase this bug happend.
