#minecraft:concretes & #minecraft:concrete_powders

Minecraft in the 1.13 uses the "/ execute" to detect blocks and by that means execute commands. But the block of "concrete" and "concrete powder" are not included in the "#minecraft:" list and it is more difficult to work without this tool.
