Inventory/Menu bug

I have found a bug that might only affect my Minecraft. As you see with the first screenshot, I can not quick switch a block or item to my hotbar while in my inventory, or in the creative menu. With the second screenshot, it shows all arrows on all texture packs. This happens when I try to select a Single Player World, Multi Player World, or Texture Pack. Please help! This affects all versions.
