My minecarft shows weird graphics on the screens when I run it and soon enough it crashes

ok so it's been going on for the last 2 months and I tried re-downloading Minecraft, deleting game versions, leaving my realm 'cause someone told me it might be the problem. ANYTHING! I really need someone's help.
