/particle feedback shows particle number, not name

When running a /particle command (e.g., "/particle minecraft:crit ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 0 100"), the command feedback in the chat shows a numeric ID for the particle instead of the name (e.g., "Displaying particle 6" instead of "Displaying particle minecraft:crit").

To reproduce, run any /particle command and monitor the chat for the feedback line.
