Above Ground Stone Layer

I found a weird chunk error on Y layer 63. It is just a stone platform that I did not make. It is contained in just one chunk. It is only on one Y layer. It did not fill in generated terrain blocks or grass/flower (poppy). I found it in a swamp and ocean biome. They are NOT ghost blocks!
