Extreme Lag Drop In 18w08b

So when I play the new 1.13 snapshot, the game was extremely laggy. On 1.12.2 I would average 300 Fps, however on 18w08b I got roughly 80-20 Fps and the game would freeze every few seconds and I would almost crash.
