About get turtle egg

Enchat "Silk Touch" of tools can get turtle egg,and no enchanting tools/hand can't get the eggs.
but I think the way to get turtle eggs should be with a shovel instead of using enchanting "Silk Touch" of Tools, or No tools can get turtle egg.
