When starting Minecraft on the Technically/Aquatic Update/d snapshot, Minecraft's Screen goes into a craze

The Bug

As the title says, the Minecraft screen bugs to places before entering to fullscreen mode and flashing black for a split second and starting normally.

How to Reproduce:

1. Start Minecraft from the launcher.
2. Look goodly how the Minecraft screen starts.

What i expected to happen:

• Minecraft will start smoothly like 1.12.2 starts: Mojang at the middle, simple fast fade at Minecraft Title Screen.

What happened:

• The Mojang screen was at the upper right corner for a split second, when came to normal spot, it flashed black for a split second. Then the normal Minecraft Title Screen came, but it (for at least 2 split seconds) changed to the Options dirt screen and then flashed black again, but after that everything was left normal.
