Advancement gets fully granted when fulfilling only one criterion

The bug

If you have an advancement where you need to fulfill more than one criteria, ie. an advancement that has a progress bar, fulfilling even one of the criteria grants the whole advancement.

How to reproduce

1. Download the datapack attached and put it in a world.
2. /reload and make sure the datapack "Criteria_bug" is enabled.
3. place wheat seeds on farmland.
   → Notice that the whole advancement has been granted instead of just 1/4 criteria.
