Broken World Geneneration

When I Generate A Random World Few Of Double Block Plants Turn Into One Block.
I Don't Really Know Whats Happening. I Tried To Generate Few Worlds To Know If It Was Happening On All Of Them. But It Did. You Should Fix This.
