Bug Closed With No comment and Doesn't Work as It use to

My issue here was wrongfully closed the bed model no longer supports railing like it use to with it being in block form you could add railings below it now it isn't possible.

IT DOESN'T WORK AS INTENDED IT WAS REMOVED only in 1.12 use to work in 1.8 java edition and currently works as windows 10 edition
