Tridents being too loyal and invisible water

When you throw a trident with loyalty and die it will just fly around you forever, with the tridents I was using I had every enchantment. I have included a picture, and also in the picture is water that turned invisible. Another thing that may be a bug is when Phantoms go in water they stay there and just drown.
