18w07c Village generation in desert biomes broken

I stumbled across a desert biome village in the new snapshot 18w07c and saw some strange buildings. They are cut in half and have strange bases. I took some screenshots with coordinates and seed displayed. I will also provide the seed and coordinates in case the images are not clear.
