/particles does not work in 18w07c and doesn't display

The /particle command does not work in the latest snapshot i have tried summoning these particles.

Cloud, Smoke, Totem_of_undying and Particle none worked even tho it says it displays the particle.

Yes particles are not set to minimal or decreased it was set to force me to see the particles but it did not work.
