Extra air bubble when swimming with a full air supply

The bug

When your head is in the water, Minecraft shows the 11th air bubble above the hotbar, when:

• You have the effect of water breathing;
• You have just entered the water; (It's hard to notice in this way)
• You are in the area above the magma block / soul sand.
