Falling through snow stack when extra layer added

I had just updated and realized I hadn't tried out the new snow. I placed one layer and stood on it. I was able to add one layer while standing on the preexisting layer. When a layer was added while standing on a layer, you would fall through all layers and onto the next solid block. Only works when standing on a preexisting snow stack greater than one.
