The color of the glowing effect can no longer be changed with the teams.

1. /team add <Your Team Name> [<display Name>]
2. /team option <Your Team name> color <the team color>
3. /team join <Your Team Name> <a playername, type=<?>,and more, ...>
4. /effect give <a playername, type=<?>,and more, ...> minecraft:glowing <duration> <value> [true\false]
5. nothing happens except that the entity gets a "normal" glowing effect
