generic.movementSpeed causes invisible chunks

The bug

If you give yourself an item with a generic.movementSpeed attribute and have the amount set to 256, it will cause invisible chunks. This doesn't happen when you hold it, but it does cause glitchy chunks when you try and move with the item selected.
