Some end cities don't generate completely
The bug
End cities sometimes generate incompletely; this is not MC-125007 as this generation issue is not random and can be reproduced using the same seed, having the end city cut off at the same position almost every time.
Example of this bug taken from MC-125007:

How to reproduce
- Create a world using the following seed
7244823358194130475
- Teleport to the end
/execute in the_end run tp @p -838 61 -586 128 -34
- Check out the halved end city tower
