Water Is Invisible When Looking Through A Slab.

I Tried To Build A Base Under-Water On The Latest 1.13 Snapshot And When I Look
From The Half-Slab That I Placed, The Water won't Go Through It And The Water
Becomes Invisible.
(I'm An Israelian Player So The System Is In Hebrew...)
