Effects from the turtle master potion don't show amplifier

I drank a potion of turtle master(the one that is modified with glowstone), and it seriously feel weird when it just said Resistance and Slowness. I know that it is from like further back, but now you made the amplifier up to 6, then why don't make the display not looking weird and stuff
