Mobs get stuck in Kelp

Sometimes, mobs get stuck inside the underwater Kelps, when those are broken, the mob floats back to the surface.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Swim underwater
2. Search around the Kelp
3. When you find a mob seemingly standing on the ground, break the Kelp around it
