Redstone lamps turning on / off do not update correctly. Also, adding/removing bottles to brew stand.

Redstone lamps turning on/off no longer create a block update. This cripples many redstone circuitry blueprints and designs, especially those that used Redstone B.U.Ds to start a circuit.

The same is true of Brewing stands, which could previously be used as an alternate form of switch for block update detectors.
