everytime i start up minecraft my frame drops to 1 when i start to play

everytime I start it up it starts at around 25 frames in the tittle screen decent but whenever I load up a world it drops down to 1 I just got minecraft yesterday please help, windows 10 edition works fine so I don't know why minecraft java edition is not working.
