Clicking into the armor slots or the first inventory slot cancels crafting recipe preview

This is basically MC-124963, but for the 2x2 crafting grid.

To reproduce:

1. /recipe give @p *
2. /clear
3. Open your inventory
4. (Open the recipe book)
5. Click a recipe
6. Click the top-left inventory slot
7. Observe the recipe preview disappear

This is because the number of inventory slots with which interaction cancels the recipe preview uses the number of slots appropriate for a crafting bench, 10.
