Fuel item display never stops cycling until the GUI is closed after clicking unavailable smelting recipes

To reproduce:

1. /recipe give @p *
2. /clear
3. /setblock ~ ~ ~ furnace
4. Open the furnace
5. (Open the recipe book)
6. Click a recipe
7. Disable the displayed (red) recipe by clicking into the smelting output slot, or placing a smeltable item into the input slot, or even a burnable item into the fuel slot
8. Observe the fuel slot cycling through (red) fuel items happily
