When changing to adventure mode whilst breaking a block you still get the breaking animation

When switching from survival to adventure mode whilst breaking a block, you still get the breaking animation: you can still punch the block and get the cracking-animation. Even though you can't "break" the block you can still punch it like in survival. When you stop mid-breaking the block even keeps the cracks.
