Game crashes when opening a commandblock or settings menu in any snapshot for 1.13

I wanted to start messing around with commands in the new snaphot but the moment i go into a commandblock it crashes. i tried every snapshot and it all crashes on the same moment. I tried back in 1.12.2 but there it still works.

It also crashes when press escape for the options menu
