It Makes Screen copyrights When I Try To Launch Server

So when i LAUNCH minecraft it works but then when i move it around it makes screen copyrights
i mean before it has the game menu. i have tried REINSTALLING it and it didn't help. and it doesn't work ANY VERSIONS.
