Crashing due to a invalid character

I was flying around in my creative mode world when the game crashed. I then tried to enter the world again resulting in yet another crash. I tried once more after removing the resource pack I had on, with no success. When looking in the crash reports, every time it reported finding a "Non [a-z0-9/._-] character in path of location: minecraft:CaveSpider"
