Can't connect to any server

Its impossible for me to connect on any server of any version, I get a lot of messages, tried to use a lot of fixs but nothing work. I am on a windows Vista computer, before my miencraft was working on my computer, but after formatting my computer and re-installing all drivers, minecraft don't wanna work
