Pixel format not accelerated

The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: org.lwjgl.LWJGLException: Pixel format not accelerated

video cards are updated ,and i'm not using java arguments,
community support doesn't seem to be loading.
this is the third day for me searching for solution.
