Can't get out of Beta after latest update

My Minecraft will start up and throws the game into the beta. I have tried all the usual stuff of uninstalling, resetting my console. Even reset to factory setting & unenrolling from the Minecraft beta in the Xbox insider app. Any help or ideas of how to get it to work will be greatly appreciated.
