Tab suggestion box for entity selectors don't disappear when leaving the argument in an invalid state and beginning the next argument

To reproduce, paste the following command in chat: /clear @a[ stone. Note that this behavior is different from other tab suggestion boxes - those disappear if you move on to the next argument. The attached screenshots demonstrate this difference.

18w06a only partially fixed this issue. /clear @ stone still is affected. Also affected now is /recipe take @e *.
