Comparator doesn't update until block update

Comparators need a block update to update their output

How to recreate:
-place a comparator with a block at its back
-place a cauldron on the opposite side of block
-fill cauldron
-notice correct comparator output
-move the cauldron via a piston
-the comparator keeps its state until block updated
