Twitch Broadcasting Unavailable

When I press F6 to try twitch broadcasting it doesn't work and I would like to do Twitch Broadcasting straight from Minecraft and not have to use OBS or something like that!
THIS IS ALSO FOR 1.8.9 NOT 1.12.2 I CLICKED 1.12.2 BECAUSE THERE WAS NO 1.8.9
