Loading error.

Hello
I have had a major bug which caused my minecraft to crash on start up. When ever I start up Minecraft it crashes on the homescreen. before, I could Minecraft but the only way to run Minecraft was to run it twice. The last time I did that, it did the same thing with out running it twice. Is it possible to have this fixed soon as possible?
