Title command not working properly

/title @a[distance=..40] actionbar [{"text":"The Master Ghost immunity system is","color":"aqua"},,{"score":"{\"name\":\"@p\",\"objective\":\"defeatedPercent\",\"color\":\"light_purple\"}"}]

it doesn't work
Expected: title command display on actionbar
Actual: said "Invalid chat component: Use JsonReader.setLenient(true) to accept malformed JSON at line 1 column 65 path $[1] at position 34: ...actionbar <--[HERE]"
I did add the objective and I was near it
