swiftness bug

so when i drink or other splash me speed potion, my screen starts to zoom out its really annoying its zoom out like a light speed. it gets really annoying when it comes to pvp. it feels like its far away. i don't know if this a bug or not but when i watch a youtuber use a speed potion their screen stayed normal
