Minecraft Bugged out

Sorry to disturb you, but i'm a fellow Minecraft player and this just happend to me a couple hours ago. my Minecraft just started to bug out like when I logged on the picture I gave you popped up and i'm not hovering over it or clicking on it, but when I log on into the server I can't click anything to go anywhere or in my inventory I cant grab anything when I click on an item like before, I have no idea whats going on, i've tried reinstalling, restarting my computer and closing and opening the app, I hope you get back to me as soon as possible, it's really scaring me.
