Un-whitelisted players can still join server after being removed from list

If a player is whitelisted to a server with one name then changes their name then when they are removed from the server whitelist by means of the owner check those that are on the whitelist by doing /whitelist list they will see the old name and if they remove that name from the list it doesn't prevent the player from entering the server on a whitelisted server.

The name in the /whitelist list should update the names of the players so there is no confusion who is and isn't apart of the list.

If there Player A and Player B on the /whitelist then you remove Player B and check the /whitelist list again it will say that only Player A is whitelisted. This is incorrect.
