[MC-124471] NullPointerException occured when changing servers

The following text usually appears in the logger provided by the launcher when I'm playing in a Chinese server (inside China without VPN):

This time it appears when the game got stuck. I'm playing the same server. I closed the game after that.
The log and image were attached. I don't know why I can't find the crash report in C:\Users\Cynthia7979\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\crash-reports. I also attached the game log (latest.log).
