There are strange lines on dirt blocks

Hi! I got this error from the day i bought the minecraft java
the dirt block have a very annoying lines this is causing me a lot of problems
like i cant make videos for my youtube channel,etc

and yea i am using default texture pack

and my pc specifications are i7-7700HQ , GTX1050TI , 8GB RAM , 1920*1080
