NBT target selector can not be used to specify a unique target

When using a unique target selector using the new nbt parameter
Example:
@e[nbt=

{UUIDMost:2L,UUIDLeast:0L}

]
the selector can not be used in commands requiring 1 entity even when the outcome is always unique
