My Minecraft freezes after a couple of seconds after launch and theb crashs when i X out of it

after I launch my minecraft it freezes a few seconds after and only works once every 3-6 launches and the seconds I leave the game (minimise or go into resource pack it freezes again. I went into the minecraft game output and it show this
