Error message wrong when specifying scale in "/data get" on non-numeric tags

To reproduce, run /data get entity @p EnderItems 1.0. It will say "Can't get EnderItems, only numeric tags are allowed". However, non-numeric tags have been allowed since 18w03a. The error message should be changed to something like "Can't get EnderItems, scale can only be applied to numeric tags".
