Farming mobs escape after disconnect and reconnect.

In forest hills: When breeding farm animals they appear to stay in the pen until you disconnect and reconnect. Upon reconnection, many of the baby mobs have "escaped" from their pens. May have something to do with farm mob getting stuck in the NW corner of pens. (Previously bugged.)
