Some bugs in snapshots 18w02a

Bug 1: When using custom resolution it is unlaunchable entirely
Bug 2: The game does not hid the cursor when in a world, nor is the cursor locked in the center of the screen. When this occurs left and right click do not reliably function, along with sudden headsnapping when exiting a GUI (likely a result of the floating mouse cursor)
Bug 3: For reasons I cannot diagnose (although changing to full screen is one cause), sometimes you lose the ability to type in the chatbar, and command blocks
Bug 2 and 3 are only solvable by restarting the game, and even this does not always fix them. One of these bugs usually afflicts the game

EDIT: The inability to type is typically a result of executing commands, but It's not consistent
EDIT: Possible 4th Bug: /particle not executing unless delta value is a numerical coordinate (example:{{ /particle minecraft:flame ^ ^ ^ 0.1 0.1 0.1 0 100 normal @p}} will work, however /particle minecraft:flame ^ ^ ^ ^ ^.1 ^.1 100 normal @p or /particle minecraft:flame ^ ^ ^ ~ ~1 ~ 100 normal @p will not work
