CustomName not visible.

I started making a map for fun, and i ran in to a problem.
Typing this:

/give R3tromanCZ minecraft:carrot_on_a_stick{Damage:1,weapon:"frag",display:{Name:"Fragmentation Grenade"}} 1

Resulted in me reciveing an item named "Carrot on a Stick"
Was it changed in the latest snapshots? Or do I and three more websites just suck at commands?
